Currently Managing Director of the Fueling Station, a co-working space management company. Rod has 20 years of commercial real estate experience, which includes four years at Colliers International Investments division. Rod has successfully acquired several commercial properties in Toronto and has assembled a team to deliver better than average industry returns. Rod has a Bachelor Degree from Queen's University.
VICE PRESIDENT, INVESTMENTS
Alex is responsible for the finances and development of new acquisitions and existing projects. Alex joined the team from Ernst & Young LLP where he was the senior auditor in the financial sector (private equity and commercial banking). Alex is a CA, CPA with a Bachelor Degree from McMaster University and MBA from Schulich School of Business.
DIRECTOR, CONSTRUCTION & OPERATIONS
Nauman is responsible for the development & construction of new building projects and maintenance of existing properties. Nauman has 15 years of experience successfully managing projects within the construction/real estate industry. Nauman has a Bachelor’s degree in Building & Architectural Engineering and a Master’s degree in International Construction Project Management.
Amy is responsible for the accounting of all the properties and new projects. She has over 15 years of experience in running the accounting departments in the real estate and IT sectors. Amy has a Bachelor Degree from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics.
Jo is responsible for helping the team with all the administrative tasks. She has over five years of experience in the office administration and customer service fields.
Currently sits on the Boards of large public corporations: Loblaw, Scotiabank, and Magna. Past experience has been in the venture capital space where he co-founded GGV Capital, venture capital firm with billions under management. Scott has a Bachelor Degree from Queen's University and MBA from Harvard University.
