MANAGING DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER
Currently Managing Director of the Fueling Station, a co-working space management company. Rod has 20 years of commercial real estate experience, which includes four years at Colliers International Investments division. Rod has successfully acquired several commercial properties in Toronto and has assembled a team to deliver better than average industry returns. Rod has a Bachelor Degree from Queen's University.

UMAIR WASEEM
VICE PRESIDENT, INVESTMENTS
Umair is responsible for the finances and development of new acquisitions and existing projects. Umair is an experienced finance professional and has previously worked at investment banking and institutional/private equity platforms focusing on M&A and development in the real estate industry. Umair has a Bachelor’s in Economics and Finance from University of Toronto and has completed the Real Estate Management Program: Finance, Design, Leadership at Harvard Business School. Umair also holds an Executive MBA from Rotman School of Management and is currently pursuing his CFA Charter.

NAUMAN KHALID
DIRECTOR, CONSTRUCTION & OPERATIONS
Nauman is responsible for the development & construction of new building projects and maintenance of existing properties. Nauman has 15 years of experience successfully managing projects within the construction/real estate industry. Nauman has a Bachelor’s degree in Building & Architectural Engineering and a Master’s degree in International Construction Project Management.

CONTROLLER
Amy is responsible for the accounting of all the properties and new projects. She has over 15 years of experience in running the accounting departments in the real estate and IT sectors. Amy has a Bachelor Degree from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics.
JOANNA RUSSELL
ADMINISTRATOR
Jo is responsible for helping the team with all the administrative tasks. She has over five years of experience in the office administration and customer service fields.

SCOTT BONHAM
CO-FOUNDER
Currently sits on the Boards of large public corporations: Loblaw, Scotiabank, and Magna. Past experience has been in the venture capital space where he co-founded GGV Capital, venture capital firm with billions under management. Scott has a Bachelor Degree from Queen's University and MBA from Harvard University.
